Boy Scouts of America, Norman Rockwell collectable. This is a beautiful Norman Rockwell canvas tote bag. This is from the Brown and Bigelow Archives and was probably a sales demo item. It is approximately 13 inches high and 11 inches wide, not counting the handles at the top. It is expandable. It is still in the original bag and Has the tag attached with Asian writing on the rear.
