Purpose
The purposes of the United Clubs of York County are to;
- Carry on the functions of a subordinate unit of the Pennsylvania Federation of Fraternal and Social Organizations (PFFSO).
- To unite, fraternally, for mutual benefit, protection and improvement generally such organizations which, under the laws of the Pennsylvania Federation of Fraternal and Social Organizations are entitled to membership in such subordinate unit.

The purposes of the Pennsylvania Federation of Fraternal and Social Organizations (PFFSO) are the combining into a central organization of the various Pennsylvania fraternal, beneficial and social clubs and organizations and groups and units thereof; to exchange and unify methods and policies between various types of clubs and organizations; and generally to assist and protect legitimate social and fraternal organizations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
PFFSO is dedicated to serving the private social, service and veterans clubs of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Established in the years following the end of Prohibition, we’ve been the voice of clubmen across the state for over 70 years now. Our members have fought wars, both military and political, and our commitment to the continued success of clubs continues today.
